Poulet farçi



























Le problème avec cette recette est de trouver un boucher qui voudra vous désosser le poulet en conservant les cuisses et les poitrines en 1 seul morceau.  J'ai finalement opté pour regarder des vidéos sur Youtube et apprendre comment le faire moi-même.  En étant prudente, j'y ai mis 25 minutes mais la prochaine fois , j’essaie de le faire en moins de 10-15 minutes.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
*  1 poulet désossé entier de + ou moins 1 1/2- 2 livres
*  3/4 tasse de riz basmati et/ou riz sauvage cuit aldente
*  3/4 tasse de céleri émincé
*  1/4 tasse de pignons de pin rôtis
*  1 petit oignon jaune émincé
*  2 gousses d'ail
*  1 c. à soupe de persil italien frai, haché finement
*  sel et poivre au goût.

Faire revenir l'oignon dans 2 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive et faire suer 4-5 minutes sur un feu moyen-fort.  Ajouter le céleri et l'ail et cuire 2 minutes.  Ajouter le riz ainsi que les pignons et bien assaisonner avec sel et poivre.  Terminer avec l'addition du persil et mélanger le tout.  Ajouter un peu d'huile d'olive au besoin.

Ajoutez la farce à l'intérieur du poulet et roulez comme des sushis.  Ficeler le poulet comme un rôti.  Faire cuire au four, à 375 pour 55-65 minutes  Avant de couper, laissez votre poulet reposer un bon 10 minutes.  Il vous restera de la farce alors je vous suggère de le disposer au fond d'une assiette de service.

Servir tranché avec vos légumes verts préférés. C'est absolument délicieux.
